Every rawdog order is labeled and packed by hand in our midwest warehouse. Orders ship from our facility within 1 business day of purchase.  Depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout, orders typically arrive between 2 to 5 business days later. 

We want you to love everything you order from rawdog. If something isn't right, we'll do everything we can to make it right, starting with a return process that's simple and transparent.

We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of purchase. The product's safety seal on both exit points must be intact and unbroken to qualify for a refund.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 and for all subscription orders. 

We currently we offer rawdog products to customers within the United States. However, we are diligently working to be able to share rawdog internationally.

You can use rawdog products at any time: morning, night, or both. Most men use it in the morning to look fresh during the day, but adding it at night can help your skin recover and repair while you sleep.
