Every rawdog order is labeled and packed by hand in our midwest warehouse. Orders ship from our facility within 1 business day of purchase.  Depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout, orders typically arrive between 2 to 5 business days later. 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If a product is not the right fit, contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund, subject to this policy.

The guarantee covers one unit of each product per customer, per transaction. If you buy multiple units of the same product in one order, only one unit is eligible for a refund.

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review eligibility and help with the next steps.

Return Process

For an approved standard return, send the eligible product or bottle back to RAWDOG. We process the refund only after our warehouse receives it. You are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us for return instructions before shipping your product. We will confirm the available shipping arrangement for your return. A RAWDOG-generated label is not guaranteed; if we provide one, its cost is deducted from your refund.

Final Sale

Hats are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package as delivered, it is not eligible for a refund because it was not received. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of the carrier's delivery date. Replacements require approval on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. An approved replacement must go to a different, secure U.S. address.

Order Cancellations

Orders are sent to our warehouse for fulfillment as soon as they are received, so we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. If you no longer want it, you may request an eligible return after it arrives.

Subscription Orders

Manage or cancel your subscription through your account. To avoid the next scheduled charge, cancel at least two full business days before that charge. An order that has already renewed is not eligible for a refund solely because the subscription was not canceled in time.

Abuse, Fraud and Unusual Requests

RAWDOG may deny a return or refund where its policy permits, including verified misuse, fraud or unusual purchasing or return behavior. Our team reviews unusual requests individually.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 and for all subscription orders. 

We currently we offer rawdog products to customers within the United States. However, we are diligently working to be able to share rawdog internationally.
